REBI Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the REBI platform, website, and related services (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Service

REBI provides an off-exchange risk equalization mechanism designed to help users hedge cryptocurrency market exposure.

REBI is not:

• a bank
• a brokerage
• an exchange
• an investment fund

The Platform offers access to a utility-based hedging token (“REBI”) used exclusively within the Platform.

3. No Investment Advice

All information provided on the Platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice.

Users make independent decisions and bear full responsibility for their actions.

4. User Eligibility

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

you are at least 18 years old

you have legal capacity in your jurisdiction

you are not prohibited from using crypto-related services

5. Token Use and Limitations

REBI tokens:

• do not represent ownership, shares, or securities
• do not guarantee profits
• are not publicly traded
• are not redeemable outside the Platform

REBI is a functional hedging instrument, not a speculative asset.

6. Deposits and Payments

All deposits are processed via third-party payment providers integrated with  Cryptopay.

The Platform does not control or guarantee:

• transaction confirmation times
• network fees
• payment provider availability

Once a payment is marked as Completed, it is considered final.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are submitted through the user account interface.

Rules:

If profit is positive, withdrawal amount cannot exceed total deposited amount plus profit

If profit is negative, withdrawal amount cannot exceed total deposited amount

All withdrawals are:

reviewed manually:

processed at the Platform’s discretion;

subject to verification/

The Platform reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals in case of suspected abuse or technical issues.

8. No Automatic Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once processed, except where required by applicable law.

REBI tokens are issued immediately after payment confirmation and cannot be reversed.

9. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile.

While REBI is designed to reduce downside exposure, it does not eliminate all risks, including:

extreme market conditions

technical failures

regulatory changes

Users acknowledge and accept these risks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, REBI and its operators shall not be liable for:

• direct or indirect losses
• loss of profits or data
• service interruptions

11. Platform Modifications

The Platform may modify:

• pricing models
• token mechanics
• platform features

Changes take effect upon publication on the website.

12. Account Suspension

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access in caseof:

• violation of these Terms
• fraudulent activity
• abuse of the system

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of the Platform operator.
